How the Service works:
- After you have completed the user registration form and the checkout process, your order confirmation page will contain the link to print your UPS shipping label.
- Once we have received your media card we will begin the recovery process.
- A customer representative will contact you when we have finished our analysis and recovery of your media card.
- If we are successful in recovering your media our customer representative will also provide you with information on how to use IDR's secure payment methods.
- However, in the unlikely event we are incapable of recovering your media, it is our belief customers should not have to pay and therefore our services are free of charge.
- After we have received payment for services, your recovered media card and data will be returned to you via UPS and will include the following:
- All recovered images on a CD or DVD depending on the amount of images recovered. Or you also have the option to upgrade to a Flash Drive for an additional charge.
- To provide our customers with a minimal percent chance of reoccurring malfunction, we will return your removable media card completely reformatted.
- This also ensures us the integrity of our service and your hardware.
- You will also receive a copy of the service invoice and a receipt of your payment.
- And, finally you will also receive our "Tip Sheet" with useful information about steps to take to prevent future media corruption.
