Data Recovery Service: IDR

Image Data Recovery Service (IDR) allows you to retrieve the images that appeared to be "lost" from the removable digital media card. What exactly does "lost images" mean? When you attempt to access the images on the digital media card via your personal computer, print station kiosk, or through your local photo lab, there are no images…the card appears to be "empty".

However, the images are actually still in the memory of the removable digital media card, but due to a number of reasons, the data has been "scrambled" and therefore the media card appears to be empty. To "un-scramble" the data on the media card, and to be able to access, view and print the images requires a specialized software program.

Our Image Data Recovery Service utilizes a specialized software program to "unscramble" the data on the removable digital media cards. We have a 97% success rate of recovering of "lost" images.

How the Service works:

The first step is to select the order menu item. Pick your media and proceed to checkout.

Then simply complete the purchase order making sure to include your shipping information. The order confirmation page will provide a link to create and print your pre-paid UPS ground shipping label.

Place a copy of the purchase order and corrupted digital media in a small box or padded envelope and ship using the provided pre-paid UPS shipping label.

We will analyze the media card to determine the quantity and quality of the images available for recovery

You will then be contacted with the results of our analysis, and we will give you the details for using our secure payment methods for the IDR service

After we have contacted you with our results and received payment for services, you will receive the following via UPS 7-10 business days:

All recovered images on a CD or DVD depending on the amount of images recovered.

You also have the option to upgrade to a Flash Drive for an additional charge

To provide our customers with a minimal percent chance of reoccurring malfunction, we will return your removable media completely reformatted.

You will also receive a copy of the service invoice and a receipt of your payment.
